WIZIO T23 Black Alkaline Water is naturally black because of earth-derived trace minerals. No artificial colours or dyes are stated. It has a pH of 8+ and naturally occurring calcium, magnesium and potassium. It also has zero calories, sugar, carbs and caffeine. The product page suggests drinking 500 ml over two days. It lists these moments: during or after the gym, after a sauna, before sleep, or any time of day. Drink it as it is rather than mixing it with something else.
